1 day, 1 diaper

Potty training has been, in a word… slow. However, Nate is certainly getting better each day at identifying those potty urges. Last week we bought some awesome dino underwear, and Nate couldn’t wait to try them on.

Side note: for some reason, little boy underwear has the designs on the bum. Nate has decided that is the wrong way, and will only wear them backwards so he can see the dino, of course! Rolling with it, we’re using it as a strategy, encouraging him to keep the dino dry…

We attempted a few days in [backwards] underwear,  and he did quite well, except when hypnotized by Word Party or Paw Patrol and peed through. 🙁

Today he was feeling a little under the weather, so we reverted to a pull up, fearing a slide backward… BUT THEN, he surprised us by keeping it dry the entire day!
