First steps!

Tonight Nathan literally took a “giant” step forwards. Unfortunately I don’t have any photographic or video evidence of it… but I’m sure there will be plenty of opportunities coming shortly.

For the past couple days he’s been testing the waters by letting go of table or whatever he is holding on to. He was even just standing and watching TV this afternoon, clapping his hands. But tonight he stood there briefly, looked at me, and took two little strides in my direction before losing his balance. I couldn’t believe it!

It won’t be long now before he is running circles around our house, and just in time to run around the backyard this summer!
