T-minus 6 days

So we’re less than a week away from the due date and it already feels like a lifetime away. After my appointment yesterday with the OB, we found out that I’m 1 cm dilated! Ate some spicy jalapeno chicken for dinner last night and went out for as long a walk as I could take, but no baby activity yet.

Quick look at the calendar while at the OB, she said if baby hasn’t arrived on his own by July 3rd, we’ll plan for induction on July 9th, which seems FOREVER away. But 12 days shouldn’t take that long, right? Right?!
