When I found the Hueman theme, and implemented it for my own blog, I thought that the default behavior for the sharrre bar should be for it to scroll. After talking with the author and making some updates to the theme I was able to get this functionality working.
Since there seemed to be lots of interest for the same functionality from other people using this same theme I thought it would be easier to just create it as a plugin for the time being.

The plugin is very simple. It adds the functionality without having to modify the theme or add to a child theme, and gives you the ability to change how far from the top of the page the sharrre bar sticks, as well as the minimum width used for responsive designs. You can see it in action on the right side of this page as you scroll down, it follows! The admin is very simple. Just two things to update.
